Amidst her helplessness and aspirations,
She decided to change…
Those dark nights of sobbing cries leading to burning outrage,
She decided to change…
Dwindling amongst those wild prejudices & the aim of her life,
She decided to change…
Tolerating those implacable abuse and a thought of a respectful life,
She decided to change…
Amongst the orderal of dropping a scoop & joining a study troop
She decided to change…
Pressurised for marriage but the need of remaining independent
She decided to change…
When her fairytale world got crushed by the ground reality
She decided to change…
When her silence were left unnoticed rather not entertained
She decided to change…
When her dreams were thought by them that all will go in vain
She decided to change…
Her message to the world :-
It’s your loss, not mine.
You will search for me
amongst those faces, inside of
everyone you’re with…
To get a glimpse of mine.
BUT I WON’T BE FOUND..
because I am no further bound.
Free from all mundane,
It’s now, for forever..
SHE HAD CHANGED. 🙂
I loved it ♡

Err….I hope there wasn’t any copyright violation. I was reading through the app and so didn’t come across that section. Unfortunately, I have already shared the link.
As it’s the link, so I guess all due credit has been provided.
Will be more careful in future.
Apologies.

M relieved. I have the copyright directive on my own blog too and hence gave proper direction (I guess!) to your content. Just thought it was such a beautiful post that it deserved being promoted. Didn’t want it to come out any other way.
You could check it if you want. 🙂

Because of this poem we experience the works of this post in such a natural way. A very real, visceral glimpse into that world.
Powerful prose.
